Mechanical Engineer

• ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·   Ensure that appropriate processes areimplemented to enable requirements of customers and other interested parties tobe fulfilled and objectives to be achieved.
• ·     Ensure that an effective and efficientquality/HSE management system is established, implemented, and maintained inthe department to achieve these objectives.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• ·      Assigning day to day activities to becarried out as scheduled in Tank Decommissioning activity and ensure no backlog is created for any activities.
• Planning and scheduling of TankDecommissioning Activities as per ITP’s issued for each Tank.
• ·     Liaising with Tank Farm S/DCoordinator and Head of Terminal Maintenance, including attending daily meetingto keep them informed of daily work progress.
• Liaising with Third Party Consultants,Sub – Contractors, Planners, and Quantity Surveyors.
• ·      Preparing daily, weekly, monthlyactual reports, comparing the same with planned/scheduled activities, submitsand reviews the same with QG Tank Farm S/D Coordinator and Head of TerminalMaintenance.
• Preparation of Gantt chart, plottingof S Curves of all activities (planned v/s actual).
•  Design & installation of PipingLayout for Heel Transfer before commencing of Tank Decommissioning activity.
• ·       ·     Ensure appropriate Permits are used asper job requirement and follow the same with Permit Coordinator and SiteSupervisors.
• Maintaining KPI for eachdecommissioned/ commissioned Tanks.
• ·      Resolving any technical difficultiesand other problems that may arise on site with an attitude to achieve thatextra mile.
• Have successfully completed S/Dactivities of Floating Roofs Hydrocarbon Tanks products ranging from LowSulphur Condensate, Naphtha, Kero-jet, Plant Condensate and Field Condensate.
• ·       ·       Have successfully completed S/DSeawater Intake & Outfall Decommissioning and Fine Screen replacementactivities.

Project Engineer

• Planning & scheduling of projectfrom concept to completion in MS Project.
• ·       ·       ·    Liaising with any consultants,sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the generalworkforce involved in the project.
• Overseeing quality control, health,and safety matters on site.
• ·       ·       Prepare contract documentation forprocurement services & materials.

Piping Engineer

• ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       ·       Designed SKID systems for WFI (Waterfor Injection) for Pharmaceutical companies.
