Principal Advisor - HSSE

•Monitor the duties and controls detailed by the site HSSE plan, pertaining to health, safety &

environment requirements to ensure continuous compliance.

•Ensure the HSSE policy of company understood and implemented by all concerned including construction contractors and vendors.

•Assisting HSSE & Construction Manager on preparing HSE performance data and assist them in

HSSE reviews.

•Identifying risk factors and assessing environmental impact to facilitate development of an integrated Health Safety Security and Environment management program and improve safety standards in implementation, tailored to site conditions.

•Undertaking periodic Safety Audits and Site Safety Inspections of infrastructure, Mobile Construction equipment and vehicles to make sure all safety aspects being maintained.

•Accident/ Incident Investigation & Reporting, Preparation of Safety Performance Reports and analyzing them for effective planning to achieve better safety standards.

•Conducting specific Training and Awareness Programs to develop safety awareness among site supervisors and engineers.

•Monitoring adherence to safety norms through Safety steering Committee/Safety Review Meeting.

•Ensuring   contractors   are   strictly adhered to permit to work system   as per project requirements. Preparation of weekly & Monthly HSSE reports for the PMC, Client & Petrofac

HSE Manager

•Promote with management, a safety culture within the workplace, ensuring that all levels of employees are aware, accept and understand their responsibilities about HSE issues.

•Monitor the duties and controls detailed by the site HSSE plan, pertaining to health, safety &

environment requirements to ensure continuous compliance.

•Performing joint inspections and reviewing inspection report of others and identifying the Hazards and implement risk assessment strategies to reduce the risk on the project to ALARP.

•Control of safety requirements during specific high risk site operations like Work at height

activities, Confine space, Lifting operations and hot work permits.

•Assist in accident and incident investigation, or any near miss, property damage or personal injury.

•Monitoring the implementation of PTW.

•Recording and investigating and accidents or incidents.

•Performing root cause analysis for incident/accident investigations.

•Maintaining an audit trail of all H&S documents. Assisting in the documentation of contractual agreements with third party organizations.

•Issuing stop work orders for any operations that possess an immediate danger to personal or has the potentiality to cause serious injury or damage.
